Base Fabric Options
Cotton poplin, poly-cotton twill, 100% polyester, rayon, and blended fabrics in 100–250 GSM. Base fabric selected based on end-use application and printing method.
Print Resolution
Digital printing at up to 1440 DPI for photo-realistic reproduction. Rotary screen printing with up to 16 colors and repeat sizes from 64 cm to 102 cm.
Color Fastness of Prints
Wash fastness: Grade 4–5 (ISO 105-C06). Rubbing fastness: Grade 3–4 dry, Grade 3 wet. Light fastness: Grade 5–6. All prints tested before bulk dispatch.
Dye Systems
Reactive dyes for cotton (best wash fastness). Disperse dyes for polyester (sublimation). Pigment printing for blended fabrics. Dye system matched to base fabric composition.
